Thank you both for taking the time and giving me the honor of considering me as your wedding photographer! As a Greek Orthodox myself, I appreciate all the little details - the crowns, everything done in 3's, who koumbara are and what role(s) they play, etc. - and the meaning behind the service; I look forward to capturing every part of it. I've also never been to a party with Greeks and Italians where the dance floor, the fun, and the love wasn't bursting from the seams, it's going to make for some amazing memories for everyone. I actually speak Greek too so I've got everyone, including the yia-yia's and the thea's covered.

Alongside photography, I'm there to help with pre-planning like creating your custom timeline to make sure we fit in everything you want, like making sure you can actually enjoy your cocktail hour.
As you scroll through your proposal, I've made a few notes explaining things along the way since I know how hard it can be to find some time to talk but please don't hesitate to shoot me a text if you have any questions.

Talk to you soon and and συγχαρητήρια!
Katerina

Proposed Timeline
Reminder: this is all tentative, we'll work on it together to flush out all the details closer to the day.
1:00 | B/G getting ready + details (45 min); travel to church |
2:30 | Ceremony |
3:30 | Family + bridal party portraits |
4:00 | Bridal party + Bride/Groom portraits (on location) |
4:45 | Travel to reception |
5:00 | Cocktail hour |
6:00 | Reception: Bridal party entries and first dance; toasts, father/daughter + mother/son dances, dinner, cake cutting, dancing |
7:15 | Sneak away for sunset photos |
10:00 | Reception ends |
We can adjust this as needed once you've finalized getting ready locations and any additional travel time needed.
I've started my research and have found an incredible location we can use on our way to the reception. I'll handle securing the permit and any additional costs if we decide to make the detour. I promise it will be worth it!
GIFTS
in addition to the hourly coverage
Engagement session
Drone images
Same day sneak peek
Mini video highlight reel
I know this might seem silly so close to the wedding but I would still recommend we take them! It gives us both a chance to get to know each other and makes it way easier to get in front of the camera on the day.
